Certes has access to information, and large land parcels within a few cities of India, wherein, we can create warehousing as per the design, specification, current and forecasted needs of clients, and handover within a committed time frame.

 

The Certes team along with our strategic partners have the exposure and experience of having sufficient resources to develop and deliver warehouses from 25,000 sq. Ft to a million sq. Ft. We can provide temperature controlled warehouses, Open yards, built up sheds, pucca and temporary structures, gated and wired yards etc, all designed, planned, developed and delivered to your customized needs.

Hospitality

Structuring deals, within the hospitality industry within Delhi NCR is a strong competence arena for Certes executives and partners. Our scope of services is extended to the three interested parties, for the execution of a Hospitality project.

We extend our services on identification of the project, due-diligence, partner search, structuring of the deal and execution of contracts.


 

Commercial Office Space

Certes has access to both the Land for commercial office space projects, as well as finished building, for a structured buy out deal.

 

Our scope of services is sharpened to serve four client groups.

Townships & Farm Housing Project

We have the ability to consolidate land parcels from 25 acres to 200 acres in the vicinity of the Delhi-NCR markets. We also have successfully undertaken assignments of liaison for all governmental clearances and approvals for Township & Farm house projects.

 

Besides, we have access to on a “sole-exclusive basis” to land parcels which seek joint venture & joint development partners, within the National capital territory of Delhi.

Group Housing

Certes housing, a specialized team of professionals look into the business vertical of Group housing. We undertake project consulting assignment on two broad areas, which also is our knowledge bank.

a)    Pre development Strategic tie-up of Land Owner / Developer / Investor

b)    Project marketing – Seed level & private placement of Equity & Finished products

 

We have assisted MNC developers and Investors to invest Debt & Equity into group housing projects, in the Delhi NCR area. We also have assisted outstation developers to forge JV / JDA with local landowners and successfully implement the group housing project


Warehousing Infrastructure, Equipments & Assets    

The stakeholders within Certes have reasonable exposure to the supply chain industry, and have hands on experience in the operations management.

Our partners in the warehousing assets venture, have the necessary experience of having provided the warehouse accessories and tools from forklifts, stacking racks, RFID equipments, automation trays and conveyor belt systems to warehouses in various parts of India, and abroad.

We can assist in securing capital assets, as well as arrange of long term lease the warehousing equipments, within the warehousing premises.

 

We also undertake assignments to make available custom built warehouses on wet lease basis, on lease periods varying from 10 to 40 years
