a) Agricultural land, convertible as farm house projects – We can consolidate agricultural land parcels under the Green belt OR provide consolidated land parcels for Farm house projects, from 40 acres to 100 acres. They could either be approved farm house schemes, or land on which one can apply for approvals for development of farm house projects.
b) Stand-alone farm house land –In many schemes, and existing farm house areas, there are farm houses / retreat homes / single dwelling units on land parcels from 1-2 bighas to 10 acres. We have access to these farm house land parcels, within Delhi, which we make available to our clients.
c) Built Up farm houses – We have offers of fully built up farm houses. There are options to select from on farm houses with swimming pool, gymnasiums, Amphitheater, family lounges, barbecue and outdoor cooking, terrace gardens, waterfalls, etc. etc. These farm house properties have a built up area between 2000 sq. Ft to 10,000 sq. Ft.
