We split our engagements into three stages of business assignment.
a) IDENTIFICATION - On a macro level, we have an ongoing research on the geographic and topographical locations which would be conducive for investments on land assets. Our assessment, on the predefined academic parameters takes into account the social, infrastructural, political and demographic factors.
On the micro front, we undertake local level and policy level insights into specific pockets within city limits, and undertake proper due-diligence at the statutory body levels. Our network of locals and insight into the socio-cultural habits of farmers and land holders also are instrumental in delivering a higher success rate.
b) CONSOLIDATION - Based on the final selection and shortlist of the location by the buyer client, we initiate interaction and discussions with the local land owners, bodies and associations, wherever applicable, and identify the defined size of the parcel. Based on the number of EOIs, we consolidate and run our financial analysis. WE UNDERTAKE ASSIGNMENTS on AVERAGE PRICE ACQUISITION or on CONSOLIDATION FEE BASIS.
c) ACQUISITION - We assist our clients with liaison, financial closure, local level clearances and registration of the deal. Our team members are available for post transaction care at all times.
Our capabilities are extended towards “buyer finder” and financial arrangement assignments too.
