The assessment of land which can be considered a good investment is based on academic parameters like social, infrastructural, political and demographic factors.

On the micro front, Certes keeps a tab on local and policy level changes which offer an insight into specific pockets within city limits and the effects of any new policy or rule. This helps the company in preparing ground work and ensuring proper due-diligence at the statutory body levels.
Based on the needs and requirements of the clients, Certes locates and identifies the defined size of the parcel and prepares a list of probable locations. Once the client has finalized some locations we initiate interaction and discussions with the land owners, bodies or associations, wherever applicable. Based on the number of EOIs, we aggregate and run our financial analysis.
We assist our clients with liaison, financial closure, local level clearances and registration of the deal. Our team members are available for post transaction support at all times. Our capabilities also extend towards ‘buyer finder’ and financial arrangement assignments.
